目の下のたるみや黒クマ・青クマを改善する手術のひとつにハムラ法があります。まぶたを切り開いて脂肪を移動させる手術ですが、即効性がある反面、傷跡が残るという欠点があります。これを改良して、まぶたの裏側から穴を開け、脂肪を移動させるのがトラコンハムラ法です。出っ張った部分と窪んだ部分を一度に手直しできるため、陰による黒クマや皮膚の薄さによる青クマの改善が期待できます。自分の脂肪を使うため拒絶反応がなく、ヒアルロン酸注入などと違って効果は半永久的に続きます。傷跡が残らないので、メイクで隠せない男性にも向いています。
トラコンハムラ法は皮膚を切開しないため、ダウンタイムも比較的短いとされています。しかし手術に伴う腫れや内出血は起こります。また麻酔下で行なうため、手術中の痛みはほとんどありませんが、術後1～2週間は痛みが残ることがあります。こうした場合は患部を冷やすか、鎮痛剤などを服用して痛みを緩和します。
ダウンタイムも他の手術と比べても短い
トラコンハムラ法は1～2時間で終わる手術ですが、相当高度な技術が必要とされるため、熟練したドクターを選ぶことが大切です。移動できる脂肪の量が限られているので、たるみやクマが大きすぎる方には向いていません。軽度の修正で傷跡を残さずに治療したい方には適した方法です。
トラコンハムラ法の施術には入院は必要ありません。しかし当日はかなり腫れる場合が多く、サングラスは必須といえます。また視野が妨げられるので、車の運転は危険です。メイクやシャワーは翌日から可能ですが、入浴や激しい運動は1週間ほど控える必要があります。ダウンタイム中はコンタクトレンズは装用できません。飲酒や喫煙も避けたほうが良いでしょう。痛みや内出血がある場合は、1～2週間で治まるとされています。これは標準的なケースであり、ドクターの腕によっては、もっと時間がかかることもあります。リスクを避けたいなら、確かな実績のあるクリニックで施術を受けることです。
