前額リフトのダウンタイムには個人差がありますが、主に痛みや内出血、腫れなどがあります。
腫れは約2日から3日で引きますが内出血や感染症が起きたときには長引きます。
内出血は、細かい血管が傷ついたときに起きるもので皮膚の下で出血して紫色や緑色になりますが、大体2週間から4週間で消えます。
ドレーン（管）は、皮膚の中に血が堪るのを防ぐために血を抜く管を挿入して、翌日から3日間留置することもあります。
管を抜く時に傷口から出血することもあり、来院のときには感染防止の為抗生剤点滴をします。
前額リフトの抜歯は、髪の毛の生え際などの表面の傷口だと1週間後、頭髪内の傷口だと2週間後にします。
メイクは傷口以外は、ドレーン抜去の翌日からでも可能で傷口部分は抜糸の翌日から出来ます。
完成するまでには4ヶ月から6ヵ月は必要で、通院は1日または1日目、1週間後、2週間後になります。
治療後の経過は、むくみは術後1ヶ月から2ヶ月は感じるので、リフトアップの効果を実感出来ないこともあります。

前額リフトのダウンタイムでは、つっぱり感もおこります。
手術後1ヶ月から3ヶ月はつっぱり感のある顔になりますが、これも少しずつ馴染みます。
傷の赤みは数ヶ月かけて薄茶色から白っぽい線へと変化して改善していきます。
3ヶ月から6ヵ月は傷が硬くなりますが、少しずつ良くなります。
クリニックや手術方法、範囲などによってダウンタイムや手術時間も異なります。
手術は大体1時間から2時間ほどです。
手術後の腫れ具合は個人差があり、強いものは3日ほどでよくなります。
術後3日ほどでガーゼの交換をして、1週間ほどで抜糸をします。
術後には包帯または専用のバンドを装着します。
前額リフトの手術後のシャワーは翌日から、入浴や洗髪は3日目ごろから出来ます。
仕事などの日常生活に戻るには1週間から10日ぐらいはかかります。
皮膚の下の内出血が完全に回復するには、2週間から3週間ほどかかります。
痛みなどもありますが、クリニックから痛み止めなどを処方してもらえるので酷いときには飲むとよいです。
