こめかみリフトは目元のシワやたるみを改善して、眉や眉尻のラインを引き上げるリフトアップです。頬も一緒に引き上げられるため、法令線が目立たなくなりフェイスラインがスッキリします。または目元と全体の若返るイメージが効果的で満足度の高い手術です。
こめかみ付近の生え際または髪の毛の生えている部分の頭皮を切開してこめかみ周辺の余分な皮膚を取り除いて、皮膚と皮膚の中にある筋膜を斜め後ろに引き上げ縫合します。切開して縫合する部位により生え際切開と毛髪部切開がありますが、生え際切開の方がより距離が短いため効果が大きくなります。
こめかみリフトは髪の毛または生え際の目立たない所から4~6cmほどの切開ですんでしまいますので。他のフェイスリフトより傷跡が小さく髪で隠せる事はメリットです。
しかし生え際や髪の毛の生えている部分の皮膚を切除して縫い縮める手術は、毛根にダメージを与えるため脱毛してしまうリスクがあります。傷跡や脱毛は永く続く場合もあります。
こめかみリフトは範囲が狭いためほとんどが局部麻酔
局部麻酔と静脈麻酔がありますが、こめかみリフトは範囲が非常に狭いため、ほとんどが局部麻酔で行います。こめかみリフトはこめかみ付近の引き上げるポイントやたるんで余った皮膚をどの程度取り除くかで印象が変わってきます。切開の範囲は、理由をしたい方の状態によって変わりますが、基本的に耳の上を部分的に切開します。
切開をともなう手術なので、手術時間は2時間前後ほどです。頬など他のリフトアップ手術と比較して、術後の腫れはなくダウンタウンは気になりません。
しかし傷跡や脱毛のリスクの他に引き上げすぎて突っ張った不自然な状態になったり、皮膚を除去し過ぎて状態によってはフェイスリフトの修正手術ができないケースもあります。そのためこのリフトアップには、豊富な経験と高度な技術力を持った信頼できる医師選びが大切です。またこめかみ付近の痛みは、思いのほか長く続く場合もありますので、アフターケア、メンテナンスの充実はキーポイントです。
