治療後1～2年ほどで徐々に効果がなくなってくる
従来のPRP療法に比べて、セルリバイブ（W-PRP）は効果が現れるまでの時間が短く（2週間～1か月程度）、ダウンタイムもほとんどないと言われています。ただし治療後1～2年ほどで徐々に効果がなくなってくるため、長続きさせたいときは継続して治療を受けなければなりません。1回あたりの治療費は20万円程度からとなります。
