ウルトラVリフトは、フェイスリフトアップを行うための美容整形術のひとつで、ごく細い針の中に仕掛けた数センチの長さの吸収性糸を多数挿入するというものです。従来のフェイスリフトアップの方法としては、皮膚の一部を切除して縫合して引張りあげる方法や、糸を皮膚に挿入して引張りあげる方法がありますが、ウルトラVリフトは、短い糸を気になる場所に複数挿入して固定することで、皮膚にハリを持たせるといったものになります。糸は髪の毛よりも細いもので体内に吸収される糸が使われるもので、状態としては人工的な繊維を皮膚内に留まらせるというものになります。糸の周辺はコラーゲン合成を促すため、糸が体内に吸収されたあとも肌の状態を改善することができます。
ウルトラVリフトの料金相場としては挿入する本数やクリニックによって変わってきますが、５０本程度で１５万円、１００本程度で３０万円ですが、挿入できる糸の数は、肌の状態によって変わってきます。

一方でウルトラVリフトの料金相場は５０本程度で１５万円、１００本程度で３０万円と切開を伴う方法や糸を挿入する方法に比べて低めに設定されています。またダウンタイムの時間も短いため費用対効果の高い方法といえます。
