トラコンハムラ法とは、目の下のたるみを改善するための手術法です。この方法は、ハムラ法を応用したものですが、ハムラ法が皮膚を切開する必要があるのに対して、トラコンハムラ法は、表面を切らない手術法です。
下まぶたの裏側の結膜側にごく小さな穴を開けて、余分な脂肪をくぼみのある部分に移動させるというものです。皮膚を切らないので傷跡も残りませんし、身体への負担も少なくて済みます。
