リガメントリフトとは、主に顔のたるみを引き上げる美容施術です。
『リガメント』という顔の骨と皮膚を固定している靭帯を利用し、リフトアップを行うものです。
年齢を重ねると、顔の皮膚はたるんできます。顔の筋肉が弱くなってきたために、皮膚が重力に逆らえず落ちてきてしまうのが原因です。

自分で可能なアフターケアの方法は、そんなに難しくはありません。まずは腫れている部分を、適度に冷やす事です。そして施術を行ってすぐは、血行の良くなるスポーツは控える事が大切です。冷やす時も、刺激を与えないように冷却材などの利用はやめましょう。施術後の肌は敏感なので、刺激を与えないようにしてください。
リガメントリフトにはアフターケアが必要です。自分で行うケアも可能ですが、それでも症状が治まらない場合もあります。そういった場合は専門的にケアを行ってもらいましょう。施術後に異常が感じられた場合は、速やかにクリニックへ相談するようにしてください。
