ネックリフトは、首まわりにできるたるみやしわを改善してアンチエイジングが期待できる施術です。また、あごの縦じわの改善にも期待がもてる施術方法です。施術後はお肌にハリがでてくるため、マイナス10歳ほど見た目年齢が変わると人気の施術です。ネックリフトを行う際の注意点は、顔とのバランスです。皮膚のみを引っ張り上げるリフトを行うと、首と顔が不自然になってしまう可能性があります。そのため、金額が安いというだけでクリニックを選ぶのではなく、症例数の多さや経験が豊富な医師による施術を受けることをおすすめします。ダウンタイムは個人差は多少ありますが、およそ2週間前後になります。ダウンタイムには内出血や痛み、腫れがでる場合がありますが、クリニックから痛み止めを処方される場合があり、痛みをやわらげることができます。施術は入院の必要はなく、当日着たくすることができます。施術時間は二時間から三時間程度です。傷口はほぼ分からないのが特徴です。
術後2日間から3日間は圧迫固定が必要
ネックリフトは基本的に耳の付け根から耳の後ろの生え際にかけて切開を行います。髪の毛で傷口は隠し場所です。施術の際には静脈麻酔と局部麻酔を併用し、ダウンタイムのうち、術後2日間から3日間は圧迫固定が必要です。数日間から数週間は違和感を感じる場合がありますが、時が経つと共に自然になっていきます。ネックリフトにはいくつかの種類があり、顔とのバランスなどを考えて複数の施術を組み合わせて行う場合があります。目元のしわなどを改善することで首とのバランスが取れる場合があり、そのため、カウンセリング時に希望通りの状態に仕上げるためには幾らかかるのかをあらかじめ聞いておくことをおすすめします。施術中は眠った状態で行われるため、痛みを感じることはありません。手術後は傷口をテープで保護し、数日後にガーゼの交換を行い、経過をみます。局部麻酔によって内出血や痛み、腫れが生じる場合がありますが、適切なアフターケアを行うことで美しい仕上がりが期待できます。
