糸を使って行うフェイスリフトには「溶ける糸」と「溶けない糸」の2種類があります。
まずは溶ける糸のフェイスリフトのデメリットですが、こちらの方法は時間が経つと元の状態に戻ってしまうことです。糸が溶けない期間は効果を実感できるのですが、約1年くらいするとたるみやシワが気になるようになってきます。
そうなると再びフェイスリフト手術を受けなければなりません。何度も繰り返しフェイスリフトができる点はメリットでもありますが、デメリットとも言えます。コストパフォーマンスも良くありませんし、根本的な解決とは言えません。
また、使う糸の種類によっては組織を引っかける力が弱いため、思ったような効果が得られないこともあります。
もちろん全ての糸が弱いというわけではありませんので、施術を受ける際には医師とよく相談することが大切です。
たるみやシワの状態によっても、向いている糸のフェイスリフト方法は違います。自分に最適な糸で施術を受けてください。
失敗したときは糸を取り除く手術
次に残る糸でのフェイスリフト方法です。こちらの糸のフェイスリフトは患部に糸が残ること、万が一失敗したときは糸を取り除く手術を受けなければならないことがデメリットになります。
また、溶ける糸と違って皮膚組織を掴んでしまっている場合があります。こうなると、糸を取り除く手術ができなくなります。
また、体内に残る糸は感染症の危険を高めてしまうデメリットもあります。クリニックを選ぶときは清潔なところで施術を受けてください。
この糸を使ったフェイスリフトは後遺症のリスクもありますので、慎重に検討することをおすすめします。
頭痛、食事をすると頬が痛む、腫れが引かないなどです。確かな技術を持っていないクリニックで手術を受けると、このような症状が出る場合があります。
糸のフェイスリフトを行う部位にもよりますが、基本的に顔はデリケートな部分です。
失敗してしまうと、不自然な仕上がりになったり、神経や筋組織などを傷つけてしまう場合もありますので注意してください。
＜デメリットに注意＞ひきつれてしまう糸のフェイスリフト
糸のフェイスリフトはひきつれから元に戻ってしまう場合もある。
糸のフェイスリフトは糸によって、皮膚組織を吊り上げたりするため、ひきつれがどうしても起きてしまいます。皮膚の余りの肉をためておく場所が必要となり、それが目立ってしまうことも多いです。
また皮膚組織を吊り上げたりすると元に戻ろうとする力を常に受ける形になります。しかも重力に逆らって物理的に行う形になりますので、その糸が切れたり、溶けてしまったりすると元に戻ってしまい、何の意味もなくなる恐れがあります。
糸のフェイスリフトでは効果が持続しない可能性もあり
糸によるフェイスリフトは、糸を用いて垂れ下がった皮膚組織を上向きに矯正を行う方法でそれにより肌のハリを与えるために用いられます。溶ける糸と溶けない糸の2種類が存在しますが、溶ける糸は時間が経つと皮膚に馴染んでしまい消去される素材の糸です。
溶けない糸は時間が経過しても消去されない糸で効果が持続しますが、共にひきつれを起こすこともあります。そのため、糸のフェイスリフトは一時的なリフトアップとして利用されるものとなります。
糸が透けて見えることで整形バレをするリスクもある
糸のフェイスリフトは、物理的・強制的にリフトアップを施すことで最も効果が期待できる施術方法です。しかしながら物理的な糸を用いることは、場合によっては外見からも糸が透けて見える懸念も生じ、それを外見で確認されると整形しているとバレてしまうこともあります。
整形がバレると人々の噂になったり、整形をした本人の信用にキズが付くケースも存在します。従って糸を活用したリフトアップは慎重に行うことが重要です。
