ハムラ法の特徴は、膨らんでいる目袋の脂肪を切除せずに、下にある凹んでいるクマの部分に移動させる方法です。名称はこの手術方法を開発した医師の名前です。
ハムラ法は、目の下のたるみ、目袋の膨らみの凹みの差によりできる黒クマなどを解消することが可能になります。目元がスッキリするため若々しい目元になるのです。下まぶたの表面から切開するため下瞼たるみ取りと同じ施術方法のように思いますが、ハムラ法は、脂肪を切除するだけではなく、たるみの原因となる脂肪を膨らんだ下の凹みの部分に移動します。移動した脂肪を固定して皮膚の切除も行なうため、皮膚のたるみもなくスッキリとした印象の目元が実現します。手術のアフターケアは、１週間程度で抜糸となり、その後約１〜２週間程度で徐々に腫れは引いて行きます。目元のメイクは抜糸の翌日から可能で、目元以外のメイクは手術の２日後から可能になります。手術後２〜３時間で麻酔が切れるため、徐々に痛みを感じることもありますが、その場合は冷たいアイスパックで冷やしたり、処方された鎮痛薬を服用します。
眼の印象が変わってしまう可能性
ハムラ法は脂肪を切除するだけではなく、脂肪を凹みに移動し固定するため凹むリスクはありません。膨らんでいる部分を切除し、凹みのある部分は膨らみが出るため段差がなくなり、段差がなくなるため影になっているクマが改善されるのです。さらにたるみの原因となる余った皮膚を同時に切除するため目元のリフトアップ効果を得ることができ、また長期的な効果が期待できるのです。デメリットは、皮膚の表面から切開や皮膚を切除するため、眼の印象が変わってしまう可能性があり、皮膚を切除しすぎて下まぶたが必要以上に引っ張られているような状態になることも否めません。膨らみは解消され凹んだ部分は膨らみますが、小じわなどは解消されることはありません。表面から切開するため傷跡が残ったり、たるみの吊り上げ具合からつり目になることもあります。
