エランセとは、ポリカプロラクトンを主成分とする注入剤です。ポリカプロラクトンとは、手術の時に使用される溶ける糸を細かい球状にした成分です。

エランセは、欧州CEマークと米国FDAを取得しているため非常に安全性も高く、効果の持続も3年間と比較的長いことも特徴のひとつとなっています。
年齢によるシワやほうれい線やくぼみなどが気になる方の肌を、ハリと弾力を取り戻して若返らせるのに大変効果がある注入剤です。しかし、それと同時に、デメリットも存在しています。もし施術を検討するなら、あらかじめデメリットについてもきちんと把握しておく必要があります。具体的にどんなデメリットがあるのでしょうか。
不自然さが生じやすいような部位への注入は避けるべき
エランセは、メスを一切使用せずにシワやほうれい線など肌に気になる部分を改善できるますし、ヒアルロン酸よりも持続期間が長い点がメリットとなっていますが、デメリットもいくつか存在しています。まず、エランセは、不自然さが生じやすいような部位への注入は避けるべきです。
というのも、鼻は注入を繰り返していくと、鼻筋が不自然に太くなってしまうことがあるからです。また、注入の仕方によっては、凹凸が出来てしまうこともありますし、異物感やしこりが残ってしまうこともあります。
また、過剰に注入し過ぎると膨らみ過ぎてしまうこともありますし、最悪の場合は、注入のし過ぎで血管が圧迫されて血流が滞り、皮膚が壊死するというケースも存在しているのです。
これらのデメリットは、注入する医師の技術不足も原因のひとつなので、デメリットを回避するために必要なことは、経験豊富で高い技術力を持つ名医を選択することです。それによって、これらを回避して安全な手術を受けることが出来ます。
石灰化というデメリットがあるエランセで失敗しないために
エランセで肌にしこり・石灰化が起こる可能性も。
エランセは、加齢により生じたしわやほうれい線、ハリや弾力のなくなった肌を若返らせる注入剤です。外科手術で使われる薬剤を皮下に注入することで美肌効果をもたらします。
短期間で効果が得られる一方、問題も多数報告されています。注入する成分は短期間で効果を発揮しますが、一か所に集中して注入してしまったり注入する箇所が悪いと組織が壊死してしこりになってしまいます。症状が悪化すると石灰化を引き起こすこともあります。
すぐ効果が出るが効果が持続しない
施術を行う際に痛みはほとんどなく、傷痕も目立ちにくいと施術自体は気軽に行えるのはメリットですが、すぐに吸収される・持続効果が短いデメリットがあります。
エランセの持続期間は2～4年程度となっており、個人差によって変わります。担当をした医師の技量により効果期間が左右され、4年持続した方もいれば1年も経たずに吸収された人もいます。
さらにヒアルロン酸のように分解されず、吸収されるまで形を変えられない欠点もあります。
場合によって感染する危険もあります
エランセは顔に切り傷を作るタイプの施術ではないので、過度に感染症を恐れる必要はありません。しかし個人差による体質の違いもありますが注入を行った箇所に痛みや内出血が出て、赤く腫れることもあります。
クリニック内の衛生環境が悪かったり、注入する薬剤が古い場合には注意が必要です。注射を行った箇所から雑菌が入り込んでいたケースもあり、痛みがなかなか引かない場合は再度クリニックに行かなくてはいけません。
