注入剤のため、施術は針を使って行います。施術の前には特殊な方法で肌の冷却を行うため、痛みが麻痺してあまり感じられません。チクッとするぐらいなので、痛みに弱い方でも安心して受けられます。
エランセの効果は、ほうれい線の皺や部分的な皺など、年齢が肌に現れる症状に最適です。持続性が高いため、定期的に行う必要がなく、普段時間が取れない方にも適しています。施術の時間は、最初のカウンセリングを含めても30分程で終わります。このカウンセリングの時に、施術後の後遺症など気になる事は相談しておきましょう。

エランセのアフターケアとしては、クリニックで貰う鎮痛剤が一般的です。施術時は強い痛みは感じませんが、後から腫れや痛みが現れる場合があります。自分で患部を冷やす事で対処は出来ますが、効果的なのはクリニックからの鎮痛剤です。鎮痛剤を服用しても痛みや腫れが引かない時は、クリニックに相談するようにしてください。アフターケアをしっかり行う事で、将来的な後遺症を防ぐ事が出来ます。
また施術を受けた4時間前後は、患部を触ったりこすったりしないでください。腫れや痛みが酷くなる事があるので、刺激を与えない事が重要です。
他には、普段から総合ビタミン剤を服用している方はしばらく控えましょう。アスピリンなども同様に気をつけてください。
エランセはアフターケアがしっかりしているクリニックが多いです。遠慮せず、気になる事はきちんと相談しましょう。内出血などは時間が経てば消えるのが通常なので、その他の腫れや痛みは特に注意が必要です。
