Pretty great post. I simply stumbled upon your weblog
and wished to mention that I have truly loved surfing around your weblog posts.
After all I’ll be subscribing to your rss feed and I am hoping you write once more soon!
Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s challenging to
get that “perfect balance” between usability and visual appearance.
I must say you’ve done a superb job with this.
Also, the blog loads super fast for me on Chrome.
Superb Blog!
Aussie actor Russell Crowe has always worn his heart on his sleeve – sometimes to his detriment – but
he has vowed to reel it in when watching his beloved Souths play NRL matches from now on.
Crowe became a co-owner of the South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2006, alongside businessman Peter Holmes
à Court, with the aim of revitalising the NRL club that was struggling at the time.
Under his leadership, the Rabbitohs achieved financial stability and secured a
premiership victory in 2014, ending a 43-year drought.
Crowe was instrumental in recruiting star players like Sam Burgess and Greg
Inglis to the team, which significantly improved their
performance.
He has often been seen passionately supporting
the Rabbitohs at games, with media capturing moments of his animated
reactions during key matches.
However the Gladiator star has vowed to show more of
a poker face at future games for one big reason.
Hollywood actor Russell Crowe is a part owner of the
South Sydney Rabbitohs and is a constant figure in the stands of
home games
Crowe bought into the club in 2006 and has been a passionate supporter of the club
since he was a child
Crowe, who was instrumental in bringing premiership
players like Greg Inglis and Sam Burgess (pictured) to the club,
has vowed to temper his emotions from now on
‘Nah [losing doesn’t impact my mood]…it is what it
is, I can’t affect that outcome so you sort of just have to accept what’s going on,’
he told Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie.
‘A long time ago when I’d be going to Rabbitohs games when my kids were little
and stuff, and I realised that by showing my passion in the grandstands was potentially giving the media outlets a way of mentally
affecting the team.
‘There was all these photos of me strangling the imaginary referee.
‘So, I thought, ‘I’m gonna stop doing that’.
I’d go to a game and see what happens then I’d go backstage
and you can swear.
‘But when I’m watching the game, I try and keep my cool…because you know I think about it from the
players’ perspective.
They don’t want to see the boss looking like he’s pissed off in the Monday newspaper.
So you’ve got to be cool about it.’
Souths fans – including Crowe – endured a torrid 2024 season, finishing 16th with a 7-17
record.
Injuries and suspensions played their part but defensive frailties were
the biggest issue, with the Rabbitohs conceding
an average of 28.4 points per game – their worst since 2006.
The Rabbitohs have gone back to the future by sacking
coach Jason Demetriou and re-instating former mentor Wayne Bennett
Souths fans will be hoping to see a fit and firing Latrell Mitchell back on the park next
season
Injuries compounded their struggles, with key players like Campbell Graham missing the entire season and Latrell Mitchell limited to
11 appearances.
The season’s disappointments led to the dismissal of coach Jason Demetriou, with Wayne Bennett set to return as head coach in 2025.
Looking ahead to 2025, the Rabbitohs have bolstered their roster by signing
English halfback Lewis Dodd, Euan Aitken and Josh
Schuster.
The 2025 season kicks off with a match against Bennett’s former club the
Dolphins.

Hey! This is my first comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and tell you
I really enjoy reading through your posts.
Can you suggest any other blogs/websites/forums that deal
with the same topics? Thanks a ton!
Link exchange is nothing else but it is just placing
the other person’s weblog link on your page at suitable
place and other person will also do same in favor of you.
You should take part in a contest for one of the greatest websites online.
I most certainly will highly recommend this website!
Hurrah! Finally I got a webpage from where I know how to really get valuable facts concerning my study and knowledge.
Perhaps the first thing to keep in mind as you are making the move
to Digital Signage Displays is to be cognizant of the way people are used to consuming the printed word.
The formats that we’re used to, be they books, letters, and most importantly these days,
our smartphone screens, are all taller than they are wide.
Putting it another way, we are all more used to and comfortable with
a portrait orientation than we are with the alternate landscape style.
So unless the available space in your restaurant won’t
allow it, you definitely want to purchase Restaurant Message Boards whose
heights are greater than their widths.
Digital Signage Displays afford QSR management a wonderful opportunity to make the most out of how your message to your customers is displayed.
One of the greatest strengths of digital menu boards is the
ease in which they can be changed to suit your purposes, and there are some tried and true methods that have been determined to produce the best overall results every time.
The Center is the Key. So the center of your Restaurant Menu Board is where you should
display the items that earn you the most profit, and also new items that you expect to be
big sellers. You want to make it easy on your customer, so avoid the temptation of including too much information – avoid clutter!
The eyes offer a fast path to the stomach. So don’t neglect to include lots
of appetizing food photography. So, while you need to
display prices, avoid any unnecessary verbiage. Remember, simplicity is the key – your customers came to eat,
not to read. This has been borne out in innumerable studies, and more importantly, by practical experience.
Outdoor Drive-thru Menu Boards should be very similar to what customers see
indoors to avoid creating confusion. Remember that you and your staff deal with your menu all day and while it’s totally familiar to you,
it isn’t to your customers. Confusion causes delay, and
delay kills your throughput, which is the last thing you
want to do.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) – Alabama children with physical disabilities are being
unnecessarily institutionalized in nursing homes, the U.S.
Justice Department said Thursday, warning it would file suit against
the state unless changes are made to allow more of these children to live at
home.
A Justice Department investigation found Alabama is violating the requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act to
administer services to individuals with disabilities in the setting
most appropriate to the person´s needs.
“Many children with physical disabilities in Alabama are unnecessarily institutionalized or are at serious risk of unnecessary institutionalization,” Assistant U.S.
Attorney General Kristen Clarke wrote to state officials.
Clarke announced the probe’s findings in a letter to the Alabama Department of Human Resources, the Alabama Medicaid Agency and the Alabama Department of Senior Services.
It listed changes the state should make to provide more community services and
threatened a federal lawsuit if action isn’t taken.
Alabama´s Gov. Kay Ivey´s office referred questions
to the state agencies. The Department of Human Resources did not immediately
respond to an email Thursday seeking comment.
The federal investigation found that Alabama policies effectively limit community-based services, or long-term support services,
which allow children with physical disabilities to live
at home.
Federal officials said the state has not adequately developed its
community-based workforce. The Justice Department also said Alabama fails to
support foster parents who care for, or are considering
caring for, children with physical disabilities.
Alabama parents too often face a difficult choice of sending their children to
nursing homes for life or quitting their jobs to become full-time caregivers, the Justice
Department wrote.
“Some children who could otherwise be cared for in family homes have spent their formative years growing up in nursing homes, separated from their families and communities. Others live on the brink of such institutionalization, as their families struggle physically, financially, and emotionally to keep them at home,” Clarke wrote.
P.J. Alexander said he and his wife were one of those Alabama families.
Their son Kyle was born with a complex set of medical issues, including
genetic conditions and cerebral palsy.
“We were able to keep him at home, just barely,” he said.
They had considered moving to another state that provides more resources for
families caring for profoundly disabled children. Kyle passed away
suddenly Nov. 25 at age 10 from cardiac failure, Alexander said.
“He was such a happy boy, he´d always smile. For someone who had so many struggles,” Alexander said.

Former army chief Sisi in power since 2014
*
Egyptians reeling from high inflation
*
Flag-waving citizens appear at polling stations
*
Authorities deny breaches of voting rules
(Updates with details throughout)
By Farah Saafan and Amina Ismail
SUEZ, Egypt Dec 11 (Reuters) – Egyptians, some arriving on buses
or stationed waving national flags outside polling stations, voted on Monday in the second of three days in a presidential election in which Abdel
Fattah al-Sisi is expected to sweep to a third, six-year term.
Many have shown little interest or knowledge about the
election, which is being held amid a grinding economic crisis and war on Egypt’s border in the Gaza Strip.
Authorities and commentators on tightly controlled local media have been urging people to vote out of national duty.
Crowds have appeared at polling stations where patriotic music is blasted through loudspeakers, though other
polling stations observed by Reuters reporters appeared
quiet.
Critics call the election a sham after a decade-long crackdown on dissent.
The government’s media body has said it is a step towards political pluralism, and authorities have denied violations of electoral rules.
“Voting is our duty and it is the least we can do for country especially during these critical times and with the developments happening around the world,” said Passant Tarek, a 27-year-old
dentist casting her ballot in Suez, 125 km (78 miles) east of Cairo.
Plainclothes police have been heavily deployed.
A Reuters reporter heard one plainclothes officer in Suez giving instructions for people
to be filmed with flags in front of all polling stations.
Others shepherded middle-aged and elderly women into mini-buses.
In the capital and in Suez, Reuters reporters saw
people lining up for extended periods outside polling stations.
Some said they had already voted and were there to show their support
for the country.
ONION PRICES
Egypt’s fast-growing population of 105 million is struggling with soaring
prices and other economic pressures, though official headline inflation has
dipped slightly from record levels to 34.6% in November.
Some voters say that, while they had to find ways to adjust to rising prices, it was only Sisi and
the military that could provide security. Sisi, a former army chief, became president in 2014, a year after
leading the ouster of Egypt’s first democratically elected president following protests against his rule, and was re-elected in 2018.
He won both polls with 97% of the vote.
While some complain that the state has prioritised costly mega-projects while taking
on more debt, others express admiration for the vast network of roads
and bridges built in recent years and a new capital city under construction in the
desert.
In Giza’s working class district of Imbaba, about 30 women sat outside a
polling station with ink stains on their fingers, indicating they had voted.
They were occasionally urged by one woman to wave national flags and show enthusiasm.
She said the music was being played to celebrate support for
Sisi and his achievements for Egypt, which she said was doing better than war-ravaged Gaza despite rising living costs.
“Just bring down the price of onions,” one woman shouted.
Another, weeping, explained that she had to beg to provide for a bedridden husband and three children, before being ushered back into
line.
BUSES
On Sunday, a Reuters reporter saw bags of flour, rice and other basic commodities being handed out to people who voted near another polling station in Giza.
Diaa Rashwan, head of Egypt’s state media body, said any provision of money or goods in return for
votes was a criminal offence, punishable by fines or prison. There was no evidence of people being obliged to wait outside
polling stations, and those who chose to do so out of support for a
candidate were acting within their rights, he said.
Reuters reporters also saw employees of three companies being brought on buses to vote.
Rashwan said companies may have provided buses to facilitate voting by their employees.

reborn on the same site with the same team but as a reinvented
concept.

The bar staff at The NoMad work their magic. The bar’s website says: ‘Award-winning Bar Director Leo Robitschek has created a
beverage program that celebrates classically-focused cocktails, while
delving into two new arenas: festive, large-format drinks and a selection of
reserve cocktails crafted with rare spirits.
An extensive selection of both approachable and sought-after wines and beers are available as well’
