アンカレッジはアンカースレッドリフトとも呼ばれる、フェイスリフトによる美容施術の1つです。皮膚に馴染む医療用の糸を使い、ほうれい線やフェイスラインに当たる部分に直接挿入して皮膚を引き上げ、肌の弛みの改善やハリの回復を狙う施術となります。
特徴は使用する糸にあり、一方向のみにギザギザ加工を施した特許製法のものが採用されています。これによって皮膚のより深い部分である筋膜を直接的に引き上げられる為、効果が表面化し易い上に半永久的な持続も望めるようになります。
但し、筋膜は表情を変えたりといった自然な反応を含めて、当該部分を動かす際に根幹となっている部分でもあります。従って万一失敗に終わった場合、他のフェイスリフトの方法と比較するとリスクは高いという側面があります。そこで以下に挙げるように、施術先の選択や施術前及びアフターケアをしっかりと行って置く事は、しっかりとアンカレッジ施術の効果を発揮させる為に重要となって来ます。
アフターケアによる対処が重要
まず施術先選びとして重要となるのは、フェイスリフト全般にある程度の実績を有している事と、担当医の施術可否に対する判断力です。アンカレッジは皮膚が薄いタイプの人に施術するとリスク面が出易くなるという側面があり、該当する場合には挿入部分を変えて飽くまでも施術を行いつつリスクを抑えるか、他のフェイスリフトの施術法で対応するかという選択が迫られます。前者は実績に裏打ちされる一定以上の技術力が、後者は判断を明確に行う施術者側の基準が大きく関わるという点で、先に挙げた2点が重要となるのです。
