アクアミドは非吸収性注入物で、ヒアルロン酸のように高い鼻、シワ、法令線などの改善に使用されています。切開しない美容整形で手軽に施術できるようになって、ヒアルロン酸とともに使用されています。
しかしヒアルロン酸はもともと体内に存在するもので、注入後6~12ヶ月で吸収されてなくなり効果も消えてしまいます。アクアミドは水分が97~98%の柔らかい注入物で、吸収されることはありません。そのため一度注入すると半永久的に持続します。長い使用や加齢などでトラブルがおきた場合、アクアミド除去は簡単ではありません。切開しないで注入はできても取り出す場合は、切開して掻き出さなくてはなりません。
アクアミド除去の難しい点は、簡単に元に戻せないことです。掻き出すためダウンタイムは状態によって個人差があります。1~2週間ほどで、腫れ、青や黄色の内出血などがありますが、徐々に消えてなくなります。しかし痛みは強く残る場合があります。
ダウンタイム中は痛みがかなり強い
アクアミド除去の多い施術に鼻に入れたものが多すぎて鼻が太くなったり、目の下に入れたアクアミドが頬に流れたりシコリになったり色々です。
アクアミド除去は皮膚にしみこんだり、神経、血管の周りに入り込んでいる場合完全な除去はできません。またシコリを取り出すと窪み、へこみという変形や皮膚が薄くなるリスクがあります。
最近は管を注入してレーザーの熱で注入物を溶かして、注射で吸い出す方法もあります。手軽ではありますが、一回の施術で除去できるのは全体の30~50%ほどです。アクアミド除去は、注射で吸い出す方法でも完全ではありません。
極力目立たない場所を切開しますが、施術後はかなり腫れる場合がありますが、一週間ほどで落ち着きます。しかし内出血がでた場合は二週間と長引きます。ダウンタイム中は痛みがかなり強いため、クリニックで処方される鎮痛剤を服用してゆっくり休みましょう。それでも痛みや腫れが引かない時は、アイスパックなどで冷やすと早めに改善されます。
