ACR療法は、しわやたるみを取り除いて顔の若返りを図る治療法です。PRP療法と呼ばれることもあり、再生治療として注目を集めています。方法はいたってシンプルなもので、患者の血液から血小板を分離し、その血小板を皮膚に注入するだけです。施術時間は1時間以内と短時間なのも特徴です。
この療法最大の魅力は、ヒアルロン酸以上の若返り効果でしょう。しわ・たるみ取りといえばヒアルロン酸を思い浮かべる人が多いと思われます。ACR療法では、自身の血小板を濃縮して注入します。血小板が肌細胞に働きかけることで、コラーゲンなどの美肌成分が生み出されます。すると肌のしわが目立たなくなったり、潤いが増したりします。肌は柔らかさを維持して、モチモチ感が得られます。
効果は施術後2週間から2ヶ月ほどかけて徐々に表れます。また持続期間は1年ほどです。即効性はありませんが、自然でそこそこ長続きすることを求めるならばACR療法が向いています。
高い若返り効果
次に、ACR療法のメカニズムに注目してみます。この療法に使われる血小板には、成長因子と呼ばれる成分が含まれています。成長因子は体細胞を活性化する作用を持ちます。出血時に血を固める役割を担うのも血小板です。そして、実際の施術では、意図的に針で小さな怪我を作ります。この怪我に対して血小板が作用することで、高い若返り効果が得られます。これが大まかな理屈です。
ACR療法では、血液から血小板を2から7倍に濃縮して用います。高濃度なほど効果が高いと考えられるためです。これは裏を返せば、血小板が元々少なかったり分離が上手く行かなかったりすると、大した効果がないこともあり得ます。また、血小板に添加物を加えて使うクリニックがあります。この場合には添加物による炎症などのリスクが考えられます。ほかには、肌が膨らみすぎたりしこりが残ったりする可能性があります。
施術後数週間はあいだを開けないと再施術できません。安全性の高いと言われるACR療法ですが、リスクがゼロではないことを覚えておいてください。
