前額リフトは額のシワの除去、顔のたるみや目元のシワを解消する為の美容整形方法の一つです。髪の生え際や頭皮を切開して行うので炎症の防止や傷跡を残さないためにも適切なアフターケアが必要です。切開を行うため痛みなどのダウンタイムが2週間程度生じます、患部の様子を見ながら十分なアフターケアを行いましょう。通常ですと、各クリニックで前額リフト手術後の対応方法について説明され、何か不具合があれば処置をしてくれますが、それ以外に自分自身で気をつけるべきアフターケアを説明します。術後は内出血を起こす可能性が考えられます。そのまま放置しておいても次第にひいていきますが、より早く治したい場合は、まず腫れが治まるのを待ち、その後ホットタオルなどで内出血部分を温めましょう。熱すぎるタオルは避け、お湯などで温めた後に少し冷ましてから患部にあてます。タオルが冷めたら温め治す、これを何度か繰り返すことで内出血はより早くひきます。
術後はシャワーや入浴は控えるように
その他にも、前額リフトを行った後の生活の中で気をつけたいアフターケアが多くあります。術後は傷跡も残り、肌も緊張している状態です。その際に口を大きく開けたり、笑ったりすると顔に余分な負担がかかり、引きつりや痛みがでることがあるので気をつけましょう。まず、前額リフトを実施した1週間後までですが、シャワーや入浴は控えるようにします。傷口に水が入ってしまうことで化膿の恐れや、入浴による血行の促進でむくんだり腫れのひきが遅くなる場合があります。代わりに洗顔は手術の翌日から行ってもよいですが、水が傷口につかないよう気をつける必要があります。また血管を縮める作用のあるタバコや逆に血行を促すお酒もむくみ、傷み、腫れなどの悪影響を及ぼす可能性があります。運動も術後1～2週間程度は控えたほうが望ましいです。メイクをする場合は術後すぐは控えめに留め、抜糸が終わった後にするようにしましょう。いずれも、傷みや腫れが酷くなった場合は直ぐに医師に相談することが大切です。
