下まぶたのしわが深くなければ、ハムラ法よりも裏ハムラ法のほうが適しています。
前者は皮膚を切開する方法で、後者はまぶたの裏側の赤い部分の結膜を切開する方法です。どちらも手術目的は眼窩脂肪という目袋の原因になる脂肪を、くまになって陥没している部分に移動させることです。
裏ハムラ法が効果的なのは、目の下のたるみによって老けた印象や疲れた印象になってしまっていたり、くまができてしまっている場合です。
ハムラ法と異なり、結膜側からアプローチするため、術後は内出血が起こるくらいで、傷跡が残りにくいというメリットがあります。
裏ハムラ法は、メイクで傷跡を隠せない男性にも適用されることが多いです。他にも、ダウンタイムを長く取ることができない人にも適しています。
ただし、皮膚のたるみが多くて皮膚がたくさん余っている人には不向きです。この場合は脂肪を移動させても皮膚が余り、よけいに老けたような見た目に仕上がってしまうこともあります。
目元に左右差ができてしまうなど失敗してしまう危険性
裏ハムラ法を用いると、傷跡を残さずに、目の下のたるみ、膨らみ、黒くまを解消する効果が期待できます。
結膜側から切開して、眼窩脂肪を凹みの部分に移動させます。
傷跡が目立たないということで裏ハムラ法はハムラ法に比べてメリットが大きそうですが、結膜側から切開するため、手術視野が狭くなってしまうというデメリットがあります。
クリニックのレベルによっては、目元に左右差ができてしまうなど失敗してしまう危険性もあります。目元の手術は視覚異常や失明といったリスクも伴うので、適当な気持ちでクリニックを選ばないようにしましょう。
