裏ハムラ法は、目の下のたるみや膨らみ、黒くま（影くま）を改善するために用いられる美容整形方法です。
下まぶたの裏側から切開して眼窩の脂肪を凹みに移動させるので、ハムラ法に比べて傷跡が残りにくいというメリットがあります。
ただし、下まぶたの裏側から切開する方法では術野の確保が難しく、技術力が高くないと失敗してしまう可能性が高いというデメリットがあります。
