裏ハムラ法は、目の下のたるみや膨らみ、黒くま（影くま）を改善するために用いられる美容整形方法です。
下まぶたの裏側から切開して眼窩の脂肪を凹みに移動させるので、ハムラ法に比べて傷跡が残りにくいというメリットがあります。
