リードファインリフトとは、皮膚に溶ける細い糸を挿入することで、たるみやシワやほうれい線を引き上げる韓国発のフェイスリフトです。溶ける細い糸数十本を格子状に顔に挿入することで、たるみを引き上げますし、特殊な糸を挿入することでボリュームが増えるので、肌にハリや弾力が生まれます。また、細い糸を真皮層に埋め込むと、細胞の元に戻ろうとする「創傷治癒」と、異物を排除しようとする「免疫反応」によって「繊維芽細胞」が刺激され、その結果、コラーゲンやヒアルロン酸やエラスチンなどの生成を促すので、肌のハリや弾力やツヤなどもさらにアップして美肌効果が高まるというわけです。リードファインリフトはメスを使わない施術なので、切開を伴う施術と比べて、身体への負担も少なくてダウンタイムも短くてすむというメリットもあります。しかし、実際に施術を受ける際は、あらかじめリスクについても充分に知っておき必要があります。それはどんなリスクでしょうか。
施術を担当する医師の技術力不足も大きく関係
リードファインリフトは、特殊な溶ける細い糸を皮膚に挿入することで、たるみやシワやほうれい線を改善する施術です。メスを入れる必要が無いので、身体への負担が少ない安全な施術ですが、リスクもいくつか存在します。まず、1～2年程度で効果が消えて元に戻ってしまうので、定期的な施術を受け続けなければならないのです。また、皮膚を切除する施術と比べると、効果が小さいと感じる方もいます。そして、糸を固定した部分が膨らんでしまうことがありますし、糸の挿入部位にズレが生じて左右差が出てしまうこともあります。そしてその他にも、稀にですが、糸が完全に埋まっていなくて出てくることや、皮膚の浅い部分に糸が入ってしまってミミズ腫れのようになることもあります。これらのリスクは、施術を担当する医師の技術力不足も大きく関係しているので、リードファインリフトの施術を受ける際は、リスクを避けるためにも、手術経験が多くて技術力の高い名医をさがすことが重要です。
