PRP皮膚再生療法のメリットは、自己の血液を原料として成長因子を気になる部位に注射することで、局所的な細胞の若返りを促すことができるというものであり、また自己の血液が原料であるため拒否反応がでないといったメリットがあります。一方でデメリットとしては、自己の血液を原料としているため、その人の体調や体質によっては効果が出ないといったことがあります。
このため従来のPRP皮膚再生療法はやや信頼性に欠けるものになります。一方でプレミアムPRP皮膚再生療法では成長因子を加えたもので、より効果を高めたものになります。プレミアムPRP皮膚再生療法はそれまでの成長因子のほか小板血の濃度を調整するなどして患者にとって最適なものを注入するといったもので、高い効果を期待することができます。
一方でその治療内容と料金相場はクリニックによって異なっており、１０万円前後で行うところもあれば４０万円を超えるところもあります。また高ければ効果が出やすいというものではなく信頼できる医師やクリニックを選ぶ必要があります。
