施術した当日は、入浴や激しい運動、サウナなどは避けてください。
シャワー、洗顔、メイクは当日からできます。
ダウンタイムはほとんどない施術ですが、腫れや内出血が落ち着くまでは激しい運動やサウナ、飲酒は避けるようにしましょう。
気になるからと触りすぎることもやめましょう。
