マイクロCRF（コンデンスリッチファット）は、新しいタイプの脂肪注入法です。無菌状態で摂取した良い状態の脂肪組織を、健康な脂肪組織と幹細胞のみに濃縮されたものがコンデンスリッチファットです。さらにそれを粉砕して壊れなかった極めて小さい脂肪細胞と幹細胞だけ抽出したものがマイクロCRF（コンデンスリッチファット）です。
従来の脂肪注入の脂肪定着率が約50%という結果に比較して注入した脂肪の約95%以上定着するため永久的に持続すること可能です。また従来の脂肪注入法では脂肪が石灰化したり、しこり、でこぼこなどのリスクがありましたが、マイクロCRF注入はこれらのリスクをクリアしています。
脂肪細胞が極小のためヒアルロン酸注入と同じような細い注射器を使用できるので、目の周りなどにも使うことができます。そのため腫れ、内出血は少ないためダウンタイムも従来の脂肪注入よりも短くなっています。痛みが残る場合は、内服薬で軽減できます。
1～2週間のダウンタイムが必要
マイクロCRF（コンデンスリッチファット）は、自分自身の気になる太ももやお尻などから採集した脂肪を濃縮して純度の高いものなので安全です。100%無添加のマイクロCRFは、良質な幹細胞と大量の成長因子を含んでいるため、周辺組織を活性化させお肌を若返らせます。マイクロCRF（コンデンスリッチファット）は極少量しか生成できませんが、軟度が非常に高いため目尻、眉間、目元、口角など浅い小じわを簡単に解消する効果があります。
マイクロCRF注入は短時間で脂肪をコンデンス（濃縮）できる特殊な機械を使用するため、大幅に時間が短縮して約一時間ほどで手術が完了します。
ダウンタイムは長くはありませんが、施術する部位によって腫れ、内出血があります。しかし数日で落ち着いてきます。施術3週間後頃から施術部位が一度硬くなりますが、痛みがそれほど強くなければ軽くマッサージを行った方が良いです。
半永久的に持続するため、効果に比べるとダウンタイムは軽い方です。
