マイクロCRF（コンデンスリッチファット）は自分自身の脂肪を採取し、シワや目の下のクマなど、くぼみの目立つ場所に注入する美容整形です。通常の脂肪注入とは異なり、採取した脂肪を遠心分離機にかけて、不純物を徹底的に取り除くのが特徴です。さらに圧力を加えて大きな脂肪細胞を破壊し、ごく細かいジェル状の細胞だけを抽出します。実際に注入されるのは、採取した脂肪の10％と言われています。こうした処理のおかげで、従来の脂肪注入で起こりがちだった石灰化のリスクが低下し、しこりになりにくいというメリットがあります。
マイクロCRF（コンデンスリッチファット）はヒアルロン酸注入などと違って、体内に吸収されることはなく、効果が半永久的に続きます。また生着率は7割～9割とも言われており、いったん施術に成功すると後々の面倒がありません。ただし効果には個人差があり、生着率をアップさせるには適切なアフターケアが欠かせません。

マイクロCRF（コンデンスリッチファット）には成長因子が濃縮されているため、注入した部分の細胞を活性化させる効果も期待できます。またジェル状になっているので、細かい部分に注入できるという利点もあります。ただし細かい施術を行なうには、それだけの技術が必要になります。
マイクロCRF（コンデンスリッチファット）の施術後は、1～2週間のダウンタイムが必要です。この期間は人によっては腫れが引かないこともあります。さらに脂肪を吸引した部分にもダウンタイムがあります。アフターケアとしては激しい運動や飲酒・喫煙を控えること、顔の筋肉をあまり動かさないこと等が重要です。
生着率が高いとはいえ、必ず成功するという保証はありません。また技術力が不足していると膨らませすぎて失敗したり、吸引した部分が凸凹になったりすることもあります。失敗すると修正するのは難しいので、脂肪吸引と注入の両方に熟練した医師を選ぶことが大切です。

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
