目の上のしわの美容整形手術を行った当日は、患部である瞼の上に黒もしくは透明の糸がついている状態になります。帰宅する際には、医院より抗生剤・痛み止めが処方されるのが一般的です。帰宅した際のアフターケアとして、入浴は避け、睡眠時はいつもよりも枕を厚めにして頭を高くして寝ると、患部の腫れの軽減につながります。もし痛みや熱がひかない場合はまぶたを水で濡らさないようにしながら冷やしましょう。アイメイクは翌日から可能なので当日はやめておきましょう。飲酒も1週間はやめておきましょう。
目の上のしわの美容整形手術後の翌日からシャワーが可能です。入浴は後日医院にて抜糸を行った翌日以降にしてください。水洗いの洗顔は可能です。抜糸のタイミングは施術の種類や医院の方針によって異なりますが、手術後5日目もしくは一週間後ほどです。また一週間もすれば、徐々に腫れが引いていきます。2週間ほどで患部がわからなくなり、1ヶ月もすればより自然な感じの仕上がりになるので、それまでは過度な薬液や美容液は避け、なるべく刺激を与えないようにしましょう。
