顔の中でも目の周りの皮膚は薄く、また現代人は目を酷使しがちなので、目の周辺は老化が目立ちやすい場所です。
特に目の上がくぼんでいると、疲れているような印象を与え、実年齢よりも老けてみえさせるものです。
目の上のくぼみの美容整形でよく使われるものは、注射を使った施術です。
ヒアルロン酸を注入する目の上のくぼみの美容整形では、まぶたのくぼんだ部分にヒアルロン酸を注入することで、ふっくらとしたまぶたに修正することができます。
ヒアルロン酸は、体内にある物質なので、アレルギー反応が起こるリスクが少なく、またすぐに効果を得ることができるメリットがありますが、その持続性は長くても１年くらいです。
また、注射による目の上のくぼみの美容整形には、自分の体の脂肪を注入する方法もあり、この場合は半永久的な効果の持続性が期待できます。
自家脂肪を注入するため、肌となじみやすく、安全性は高い施術ですが、効果が長く続くことからも、経験と実績を備えた医師による施術が求められます。
症状によって施術は使い分けている
加齢による目の上のくぼみの美容整形には、ヒアルロン酸や脂肪を注入する施術の他に、まぶたを二重にすることで、くぼんだまぶたを改善することができます。
一重のまぶたを二重にすると、上まぶたにボリュームが出るため、くぼみが気にならなくなります。
まぶたを二重にする方法には、埋没法と切開法がありますが、目の上のくぼみの美容整形を目的とした施術では、埋没法の方が効果的です。
切開法では、治療の際、筋肉を切除する場合があるため、それが上まぶたをよりくぼませてしまうことが考えられます。
埋没法は、安価な料金と短い時間で自然な二重を手に入れることができるのが特長で、それほど目立つくぼみでなければ、この方法が効果的です。
ただ、重度のくぼみの場合は、眼瞼下垂症が疑われるため、埋没法は用いられません。
この場合は、ヒアルロン酸や脂肪を注入する目の上のくぼみの美容整形を行うと、目が開けにくいというような状況が起こるリスクが考えられるため、眼瞼下垂症手術が行われます。
