ヒアルロン酸は手軽な分、徐々に体に吸収されるため効果が長続きしません。効果が薄れたらその都度注入しなくてはなりません。脂肪注入は自分の脂肪を少量採取して使用しますが、生着率に個人差があり、生着しなかった脂肪は身体に吸収されてなくなりますので、人によっては効果が得られないことがあります。PRPは自分の血液を利用する方法で、コラーゲンや筋肉を再生し若返り効果を得るもので、ヒアルロン酸注入よりも長期間効果が続くのが特徴です。以前はハリが出過ぎるといったこともありましたが、技術が上がり改善されていきています。炎症が起きて腫れが生じることがありますのでお薬で抑えます。
