また切開によるリフトアップは顔の側面を切開して皮膚と筋膜を引き上げて、より確実なマリオネットラインのたるみの美容整形になります。しかし切開するためダウンタイムや腫れ、内出血もおこり二週間と長引きます。痛みも強いためクリニックの処方薬が必要です。
