しかし、サリチル酸マクロゴールは、クロゴールという基材でサリチル酸を溶解することで、酸が皮膚の深い部分へ浸透するのを防ぎます。
角質層以外の細胞を傷つけることもないので、安全性の高いケミカルピーリングが行えるようになったのです。
さらに、マクロピールは、サリチル酸により美白効果も期待できます。
マクロピールは、ケミカルピーリングの中では作用が優しいピーリング剤ですが、酸が目に入ると失明の危険があるので注意が必要です。
また、刺激によって腫れることもあります。
サリチル酸マクロゴールは、アスピリンにアレルギーがある人は使うことができません。
