フェイスリフトと言うと、切開を伴うものと言うイメージを持たれている方も多いかもしれません。しかし切らないフェイスリフトと言うものも存在しています。こちらは、切るフェイスリフトに比べると即効性や期待できる効果の高さについては劣りますが、体に対する負担と言う面では分があります。また切開しなくても良いので、傷あとが残らないと言うのも女性にとっては嬉しい点です。切らないフェイスリフトにはいくつか種類があります。まずは特殊な糸を挿入し、皮膚を引き上げる方法です。糸を埋め込んでたるんだ皮膚を引き締めると言う方法もあります。それから超音波やレーザーなどを皮膚の上から照射して、肌の筋肉に働きかける方法です。そして肌弾力やたるみに効果が期待できる成分、ヒアルロン酸やボツリヌス菌を注射で注入する方法があります。ただしこれらの方法でも、まったくリスクがないと言うわけではありません。ですから施術を受ける前には、リスクについての説明もしっかりと受け、疑問点があれば解消しておく必要があります。
施術後の訂正が難しくなります
では切らないフェイスリフトにおけるリスクにはどのようなものがあるのかと言うと、それは以下の通りです。まず糸を使用した方法の場合ですが、この糸は溶けるものと溶けないものの2種類があります。そして溶けない糸に関しては、時間が経過すると皮膚組織を頑強に掴んでしまっているため取り出すことができないことも多いです。すると施術後の訂正が難しくなります。また糸を挿入する際に、同時に体毛などの異物を挿入してしまうと、感染症を発症する恐れがあります。これはヒアルロン酸などを注入する際も同様です。また注射の場合、誤って神経や血管に成分を注入してしまうと体に大きな後遺症が残る恐れも否定できません。それから超音波などを照射するタイプの場合、その強さや時間を誤ってしまうことによって火傷を負うと言うことが考えられます。そしてこれは切らないフェイスリフト全般に言えることですが、思っていたほどの効果が得られなかった、効果の持続時間が短かったと言うのも、発生し得るリスクのひとつです。ですから、この辺りに対してのアフターケアについても考えておきたいです。
