糸のフェイスリフトのダウンタイムですが、病院で施術を受けた日は、浴槽に浸からないようにしましょう。また糸のフェイスリフト治療の当日はお化粧は控えることになりますが、次の日からは軽いメイクをすることができます。日常生活においての注意は、術後の当日からシャワーは使用できます。ただ、手術のすぐあとですので、顔にシャワーなどの水分があたらないように気をつけましょう。バスタイムは湯船に浸かりたいのをこらえて、3日目から入ることができます。手術は局部麻酔で行うものであり、手術の痛みは感じないですが、術後に内出血と腫れは出る可能性があります。術後は激しい運動をしたり、サウナや温泉も控える必要があります。紫外線に直接あたらにようにして、術後の当日はゆっくりと過ごしましょう。手術をした患部は触らないようにして、しばらくはエステサロンでのフェイシャルエステもお休みをしましょう。自分でするフェイシャルマッサージであっても、力強くマッサージを行うと、糸が出てくる恐れがありますので、落ち着くまでは顔に強い力を入れる行為は控えるべきでしょう。
