フェザーリフトは糸を使ってリフトアップする整形方法の一つです。フェザー状のギザギザのついた糸を皮膚の下に挿入することにより、糸の両側の組織を引っ掛け上に引っ張り上げることでたるんだ頬を改善し、ほうれい線を解消します。この施術はメスを使わないため、傷口も小さく、施術時間も短時間で済みます。翌日から洗顔やシャワー、メイクもできるため仕事で有給を使わなくても受けることができます。そんなフェザーリフトのダウンタイムはクリニックによってはほとんどないというところもありますが、人によっては痛みや腫れ、内出血が出る場合もあります。大抵は痛みは腫れは冷やすことで改善でき、2、3日程で落ち着きます。そして内出血も糸の挿入部が赤くなることがありますが、メイクでカバーできるくらいです。数日から2週間程で徐々に消えていきます。そのため、ダウンタイムは2週間程度と考えておくといいでしょう。しかし、このダウンタイム中に気をつけなくてはいけないことがあります。
