フェイスリフトでも切らないリフトアップだとダウンタイムも短くて1日から2日、切る場合は1週間ほどとされています。
切らないリフトでも太い血管にあたると、1週間ほど腫れや内出血が起きることがあります。
切るリフトだと施術範囲が広いとダウンタイムも長くなって、1ヶ月ほどかかります。
ただ傷が短い場合は術後でも殆ど腫れがないので、翌日からでも普通の日常生活が出来ます。
どのぐらいの期間が必要かは手術の内容によって異なってきます。
フェイスリフトの手術の跡は包帯でぐるぐる巻きにしてから、顔がパンパンに腫れてしまうような印象がありますが、最近は医学の技術も進んでいて傷跡には医療用の保護材を使うので、包帯はいらないというクリニックもあります。
その場合だと翌日からでも洗髪も出来ますし、抜糸も必要ないので基本的には特にトラブルなどがないときは通院は不要になります。
逆に、痛みなどがダウンタイム後も続くときには速やかに医師に相談した方がよいです。
傷が残るというデメリット
フェイスリフトのダウンタイムは施術内容や個人によって差が出てきます。そして痛みや腫れなども個人差があり、最初に思っていたものよりも少なかった人の方が多いです。
痛みや腫れなどを軽減させるPRP療法を取り入れているクリニックもあり、これは自分の血液から血小板中の成長因子の成分を抽出してから、傷に注入することで痛みや内出血などを軽減させて吸収を早めます。
手術後でも殆ど腫れは目立つことがないので、何処かに寄り道することも出来ます。
翌日から仕事に行く人も多く、他の人にバレルことも殆どありません。
傷は程度にもよりますが、大抵の場合は傷跡が残ります。
フェイスリフトはたるみを切り取るので、傷が残るというデメリットがあります。
技術力の高い医師だと目立たない場所や、方法などを知っているので気になるときは腕の良い医師を探すとよいです。
傷自体は通常は手術後1週間で塞がり、まだ赤みなどは残りますがお化粧などである程度はカバーできます。
約3ヶ月から6ヵ月ほどで赤みが薄くなって、完全に消えるわけではありませんが殆どわからない状態になります。
