ハッピーリフトとは、アプトス糸という糸を使い、フェイスリフトをします。

ハッピーリフトとは、医療用の糸を皮膚の下に入れて、たるみやほうれい線、皺を引き上げる治療です。失敗例として、以下の３つが挙げられます。
ハッピーリフトでは、挿入した糸が周囲の細胞を刺激し、コラーゲンを育てることでたるみを解消できます。しかし、糸が体質に合わない場合、コラーゲンが生成されず十分な効果が得られないことがあります。
2つ目に、糸の入れ方を間違えたり、糸が多過ぎたりする場合です。その際、顔が引きつれたり、笑った顔が不自然になることがあります。また、皮膚の薄い部分に痛みを感じたり、頭痛に悩まされることもあります。
3つ目は、糸が透けて見えるトラブルです。ハッピーリフトで使う糸は1年くらいで分解され、見えなくなります。しかし、手術直後から術後1か月くらいの間に肌を強くこする等の刺激を与えると、糸が肌の表面付近まで出てくることがあります。そうすると、糸が透けて見えてしまうことがあります。
ハッピーリフトは体内で分解される糸を使用するので、繰り返し修正することは可能とされています。しかし、何度も修正することで、引きつれの原因になることもあります。
また、体質的に糸が合わず、何度修正しても十分な効果が得られないこともあります。

腫れ・ダウンタイムはプチ整形の若返り治療で１週間程度が目安となります。
ダウンタイム中は安静にし、適宜冷やしたり、外出時にはマスクでカバーされる事をお薦めいたします。
術後すぐは口の開閉や表情を変化させたときに違和感がありますが、徐々に解消して行きます。
