ボトックス注入の効果が実感できるのはどんな人？

美容皮膚科クリニックで行われているボトックス注入は、さまざまな用途に対して利用されている施術です。
最も多くの人に利用されているのが、年齢とともに気になってくるシワの治療です。ボトックスには、筋肉の働きを弱める効果があります。これを利用して筋肉を衰えさせることによって動きにくくさせることができ、顔の表情を変えた時にのみあらわれる表情シワと呼ばれるものに対しての治療に用いられています。
思いっきり笑ったり怒ったりしたときには、自分では気が付かなくても顔の表情が大きく変わって深いシワが刻まれているものです。これを防ぐためにボトックス注入が利用され、眉間や額、目じりや口角など希望の部位に注射で注入されます。ただし、シワの中でも普段から肌表面にあらわれているシワや小ジワに対しては効果はありません。このような症状も持っている場合には、ボトックス注入にプラスしてヒアルロン酸注入も一緒に行われることがあります。

ボトックス注入をすることによって自然な笑顔

ボトックス注入は、表情シワの他にも利用されています。
二の腕やふくらはぎなどの部分痩せを希望している人の場合、太いことの原因が脂肪であれば脂肪吸引や脂肪溶解注射で対応することができます。しかし、原因が筋肉であることもあるのです。以前に運動部に所属していたという人になれば、思っていた以上に筋肉が発達していることもあります。太いことは筋肉が原因という場合には、ボトックス注入によって筋肉を減らしてほっそりと見せることができます。自分では太いことが何が原因か分からないこともありますが、医師にしっかりと診察を受けてから判断することが重要です。
他にも、ガミースマイルで悩んでいる人にも利用されています。ガミースマイルとは、笑った時に上の歯茎が大きく見えてしまうことを言い、外見を気にして思いっきり笑えなくなるなどメンタル的に悩みを抱えている人も多いものです。異常に上唇が上がってしまうのを防ぐために、上唇を引き上げる筋肉にボトックス注入をすることによって自然な笑顔を作りだす効果があります。
