特殊なレーザーを用いた異物除去
皮下の浅い場所にあるアクアミド除去で、どうしても幅広い切開をしたくない場合には、特殊なレーザーを用いた異物除去を実施しているクリニックを選ぶべきです。目立たない場所を1mmから5mmほど切開しただけで済み、極細のレーザー管を注入したらアクアミドに対して照射を行い、レーザーの熱で溶かしてその後注射器で吸いだします。技術のある医師が行わないと、溶かした異物を綺麗に取り出さず残してしまう場合があるため、腕のある医師に実施してもらうことが不可欠です。皮膚内にある場合は、レーザーによる対応ができません。
入っている異物の大きさにより1回ですべてを取り除かず段階的に溶かして吸いだして行く場合があります。アクアミド除去をレーザーで行うと効果が高く、実施した当初は少しの内出血や黄ばみなどがありますが、時間とともにほぼ分からない状態まで回復が期待できます。
