3Dリフトは、美容整形術のひとつで顔のしわやたるみを皮膚を引っ張りあげることで改善するというものです。従来のリフトアップの美容整形術では皮膚の一部を切開し縫合することで、皮膚そのものを縮めるというもので、切開と縫合が伴うため時間と費用が掛かるものでしたが、3Dリフトでは、円錐状のコーンと体内に吸収される糸を用いて、リフトアップしたい場所に挿入して皮膚を引っ張るため、時間がかからないメリットがあります。皮膚を切開して縫合する場合には傷跡を目立たせないようにするために、生え際や髪の毛の生えている場所など顔でも上の方で行なわれるため引っ張りあげる方向が限られますが、3Dリフトでは糸を用いて立体的に顔をリフトアップすることができます。
一方で切らない美容整形術でありプチ整形のひとつとして扱われますが、料金相場としては４０万円前後と切開をともなうリフトアップと変わりませんし、またこの術式に対応している美容クリニックの数はあまり多くありません。

3Dリフトのメリットとしては、第一に切開と縫合が行われないということで傷跡が殆ど残らないということです。特に円錐状のコーンが糸に取り付けられており、また複数の糸を用いてリフトアップするためしわやたるみを改善し立体感のある肌にすることができます。
また糸は体内に吸収されるものが用いられ、糸の周りのはコラーゲン層が生成されるので美肌効果が期待できます。また糸が残留しない仕組みなので将来における感染症のリスクを下げることができます。
一方で3Dリフトは切開を伴わないためプチ整形とされますが、実際には料金相場は４０万円前後と、世間で言うプチ整形の部類としてはかなり高額です。また症例の少ない術式であるため対応している医師が少ないため選択肢が限られます。特に顔を立体的にリフトアップするという性質のため仕上がりの失敗もあり、引張りすぎたりすると不自然な表情になるリスクがありますし、反対に引張る力が弱いと効果をほとんど実感できないケースもあります。
