前額リフトとは、眉毛リフトとも呼ばれおでこ部分の皮膚をリフトアップする方法です。一般的な前額リフトとしては髪の毛の生え際を切開して縫合し皮膚を引っ張りあげる仕組みであるため切る美容整形術になります。おでこのしわを消すことで若々しい印象を与えることができるのがメリットですが、切開を伴うため名医に依頼する必要があります。
前額リフトの方法としては、生え際切開法が一般的ですが、生え際の場合には傷跡が残るため縫合術の経験を積んだ名医が行う方が傷跡の存在を目立たなくすることができます。一方で、冠状切開法では、生え際ではなく髪の毛の生えている頭頂部から左右の耳にかけてを切開して縫合する方法です。この場合には傷跡は髪の毛で隠されるためほとんど目立ちませんが、毛を剃る必要がありますし、なにより生え際ではなく髪の毛が生えているところから引張り上げるためおでこが広くなるリスクがあります。一方で皮膚切開ではなく内視鏡を使って、皮膚の繊維や筋肉を引張る方法もあります。
痛みや腫れがともなうリスク、合併症のリスク
前額リフトのうち切開をともなう方法では縫合跡が残ることになります。名医であれば綺麗な縫合をしてくれるので目立ちませんが、傷ついた皮膚はメラニン色素が定着しないため、その部分だけ色が白くなります。白人や髪の毛の色が薄い人種であればこの傷跡は殆ど目立ちませんが、日本人のように黒髪や浅黒い肌であればその傷跡が大きく目立つことになります。このため、前髪を下ろすなどして隠す工夫が必要になります。一方で内視鏡による前額リフトの場合には小さな穴を開けてそこから施術を行うので縫合跡が目立たないメリットがあります。
ただし、いずれの前額リフトでも身体を傷つけるため、痛みや腫れがともなうリスクがありますし、合併症のリスクもあります。このリスクを避ける方法はいくつもありますが、経験の浅い医師や料金が異様に安い美容クリニックなどでは省略することがあり、リスクが高まります。このため手術の出来栄えのほか、合併症のリスクを最小限にする努力をしてくれる名医を選ぶ必要があります。
