Vビームレーザーは、単純性血管腫(赤あざ)、毛細血管拡張症(赤ら顔)の治療に効果がある方法です。Vビームのレーザー光は、肌の奥の真皮層にある酸化ヘモグロビンなど血の赤い色にだけ反応して吸収されやすい特徴をもっています。
酸化ヘモグロビンに吸収されて熱エネルギーに変換されて、毛細血管に熱変性をおこします。この熱が血管の内皮細胞を凝固させて塞いだり血管を破壊していきます。このようにVビームレーザーは熱凝固で塞ぐか破壊することにより、赤みを伴う症状を改善していきます。
一回ですべての血管を治療する事はできないため、期間を空けて繰り返し行う事で徐々に目立たなくなります。日焼けの強い場合はレーザーがメラニンに吸収されて血管まで届きにくくなるため、合併症などをおこしやすく注意が必要です。Vビームは赤い色に反応するため周囲の組織にダメージを与えないので、安全に施術ができます。
照射後は内出血、腫れがでるためダウンタイムは比較的長めになります。痛みの強い場合は処方されるお薬の服用で軽くなります。

Vビームレーザーは別名赤にきびレーザーとも言われ、治りにくかったにきびやにきび跡に効果があります。レーザー光が熱エネルギーに変性されて、アクネ菌(にきびの原因菌)を殺菌します。また皮脂膜にダメージを与え皮脂分泌抑制効果によりにきびが早く改善してにきびのでにくい肌質になります。
一般的な赤ら顔にも効果があり、血管周囲組織への適度な熱の刺激がコラーゲン増生、美白効果に繋がり肌のハリ、くすみ改善の効果も期待できます。
Vビームレーザーは治療の種類によって出力が変わりますので、ダウンタイムはそれに応じて変化します。
照射後は毛細血管が破壊され周囲に漏れ出て皮下出血をおこして内出血、腫れを伴います。1~2週間ほどで自然に体内に吸収されて、消えていきます。照射でヒリヒリした痛みや希にやけどのリスクがあります。処方される外用薬の塗布など自宅でのケアも必要で、経過観察のため定期的な通院も必要になる場合もあります。
