裏ハムラ法の料金相場は、40〜50万円程度です。
施術では使用する麻酔の種類によって麻酔の料金が異なるので、麻酔の種類も確かめておく必要があります。一般的には、注射による局所麻酔を行うことが多いです。その場合は5万円程度が麻酔にかかります。静脈麻酔だともっとかかる可能性があります。
裏ハムラ法は別名経結膜式ハムラ法、トラコンハムラ法などと呼ばれています。下まぶたの裏側（結膜側）かた切開して、眼窩脂肪を凹みの部分に美容させる方法です。目の下のたるみや、膨らみの解消、黒くまを解消する方法として使われています。
ハムラ法（眼窩脂肪移行術）に比べて、結膜側からアプローチするため傷跡が表面に残らないというメリットがあります。また、皮膚を切除しないので、ダウンタイムも短めです。ただし失敗して凸凹がなくなりすぎると、目元にメリハリがなくなって、のっぺりした顔つきになってしまうこともあります。
メイクで傷跡を隠すことができない男性の美容整形にも向いています。
ただし、結膜側からの切開は術野が狭くなってしまうため、高度な技術を持っているクリニックでないと危険な可能性があります。
美容外科の手術のなかでは比較的安価
裏ハムラ法は料金相場は40〜50万円と、美容外科の手術のなかでは比較的安いです。
ただし、皮膚のたるみが多くて余分な脂肪が多い人には不向きというデメリットがあります。この場合は脂肪を移動させても皮膚が余ってしまうため、よけい老けたような印象にしてしまう可能性があります。
また、目の小さい人、皮膚が厚ぼったい人、も適用出来ない場合があります。膨らみを解消させられる可能性はありますが、小じわやちりめんじわを消すことができません。
裏ハムラ法を受ける場合には、高度は治療技術を持っているクリニックであることが選ぶ時のポイントになります。
安い病院ではトラブルが起こる危険性が
裏ハムラ法は40万円〜50万円が料金相場で、安いところだとモニター価格で25万円程度で手術をしてくれる場合もあります。ただ、モニターは常にやっているわけではないので、だいたい40万円はかかると思っておいたほうがいいでしょう。

ただし、失敗すると目元のメリハリがなくなってしまったり、不自然に平らになってしまうことがあります。また、結膜側からアプローチするので手術視野が確保しづらく、目元に左右差ができてしまうというケースもあります。
目元の手術は失敗すると視覚異常や顔面神経麻痺などの後遺症が残る危険性があるので、手術を受けるときには注意しましょう。
