ハムラ法は皮膚の表面を切開して行いますが、裏ハムラ法は下まぶたの内側からメスを入れますので、より術後の傷が目立たず、綺麗に治すことができるというのがメリットです。
そして前述のように、移動させるだけで脂肪を抜いてしまうわけではないので、凹みが生じるということがなく、時間がたっても不自然な表情にならないというのもメリットと言えるでしょう。
しかし、やはりまぶたの内側から行うということで、表面から見えない分とても繊細で難しい手術となってしまいます。
脱脂なら脂肪を抜いてしまうだけですが、移動させて且つ綺麗にならすというのはかなりの技術を要します。
これは脱脂術でも同じですが、割と左右差も出やすいです。
仕上がりや予後はとても良好なのですが、難しい方法なので、医師選びには十分時間をかけるべきでしょう。
