失敗例をご紹介
ウルトラVリフトの手術は、リフトアップのために糸のついた極細針を顔にさして、その後針だけを抜きます。そして皮膚の中に溶ける糸を残しておき、糸の引き上げでリフトアップ効果がでます。中に異物がある常態になるので、正常に戻そうとする創傷治癒効果で肌の細胞の新陳代謝が活発になり、リフトアップを図ります。また糸が７ヶ月程度で吸収されてなくなるので、皮膚内に異物が残ることはありません。そのためダウンタイム期間が比較的短くてすむこともメリットとして挙げられます。
しかし手術を受ける上でデメリットもあり、フェイスリストに比べると効果の持続期間が短いことが挙げられます。ウルトラVリフトの持続効果は平均で1年間と身近い期間で効果が無くなってしまいます。さらにこの手術に精通していない医師による手術の場合や個人の体質によっては全く効果がでないという失敗が起きる可能性があります。そのため手術を受ける前にはあらかじめどこに糸をいれていくのかしっかりとカウンセリングをしましょう。
痛すぎたという意見もあります
またダウンタイムはほとんどないですが、ウルトラVリフトを受けた人の中には痛すぎたという意見もあります。手術の流れとしてはまず表面麻酔クリームを塗り、20分程度待ってから施術がスタートします。20分おくことで表面麻酔クリームの効果が表れ始めクリームを塗る前と塗った後では表面に麻酔がかかっていても結局は途中まで針がつきささるのである程度の痛みは覚悟しておきましょう。基本的には耐えられないほどの痛みではないのですが、針の数は数十本と多く一本一本がグサッとくる痛みです。また針を何十本も指していくので内出血がでる可能性があり、内出血が出た場合には何週間もダウンタイム期間がかかります。内出血は基本的に1週間程度で収まりますが、失敗したらもっとかかってしまう恐れがあります。いいことばかりを想像していると失敗した時にパニックになってしまいます。このようにウルトラVリフトの手術はデメリットもあるので、しっかりと理解してから手術をうけるように心がけましょう。
ウルトラVリフトでの失敗、効果が持続しないとは？
ウルトラVリフトの効果が持続しない理由はなんでしょうか。
ウルトラVリフトは、スレッドと呼ばれる糸を皮膚に埋め込むことでリフトアップ効果を得るというものです。ポイントとしては皮膚に糸を埋め込むということで切開を伴わなわず、また糸も短いものが使われるといったことがあります。一方で、短い糸によってリフトアップ効果を得るため、効果が持続しない傾向にあります。特に効果を長期間にわたって持続する場合にはリバイタライジング効果に期待するため個人の体質によってその差が大きく出ます。
たるみ・しわが解消しないケース
この方法では、リフトアップする糸そのものが短いため引っ張り上げる力が弱く複数の糸を皮膚に埋め込む必要があります。このため引っ張る力は長い糸を用いて行うリフトアップよりも劣る傾向にあります。
たるみに対しては比較的効果が大きく見られますが、細かいしわに関しては効果が出にくい場合があります。また効果そのものが半年から１年程度であり、一時的に解消しても再び元通りになる可能性があります。
実はリフトアップ効果が無い
ウルトラVリフトは、短い糸を皮膚に複数挿入することでリフトアップするというものです。このさいに使われる糸は身体に吸収される糸が使われ、糸の持続期間としては半年から１年程度とされます。このためほとんどの人は１年以内に効果がなくなります。さらに場合によっては複数の糸を差し込むため皮膚への負担も大きくダウンタイムが長い傾向にあります。
ただし、糸の周辺に作られる繊維細胞が上手く出来れば１年以上の効果が期待できます。
ウルトラVリフトはおすすめの美容整形術か
メリットとしては、短い糸を用いて皮膚に挿入していくという方法であるためある程度の長さの糸を埋め込む他のスレッドリフトに比べて短時間で行うことが出来るということで上手く施術すればツボを刺激して皮膚を活性化させ線維化させることで、しわやたるみも解消させることが可能なのでおすすめです。
反面で医師の技量によって大きく変わってくるもので、リフトアップ効果が無い、たるみ・しわが解消しないといったケースもあります。
