ハムラ法は下まぶたのたるみの原因となっている眼窩脂肪を目の下のくぼみのある所に移動する手術です。
まず、下まぶたの下まつげ付近を切開し、眼窩脂肪をくぼみのある所に移動させた後に固定させたら、余った皮膚を切除するという工程の手術です。
