エランセの治療でも、クリニックによっては短時間で雑な手術をされてしまうケースがあります。
衛生面に配慮されたクリニック・名医は様々な手術において、必要であればドレーン、抗生剤点滴2種類などを使うなどして感染率を限りなく0％にする事が出来ます。
特に症例数が少ない治療をする上では、ＦＤＡの認可があるかどうかのチェックは必ず行う様にして下さい。
また短期間にフィラーを組み合わせて注入する事は避けましょう。
エランセのリスク しこり
しこりは定着率が悪いケースで生じます。
エランセだけではなくレディエッセやＰＲＰなどによるプチ整形でも起こりますので、それぞれの治療をする上では専門のドクターを選ぶ必要があります。
しこりが出来てしまった場合には、ヒアルロニダーゼ・ケナコルト注射・ステロイド注射で修正しなければなりません。
