これが基本的な流れですが、塗る順番については皮膚科から説明がありますので、その説明に従って正しく使用してください。
塗る量やタイミングについても注意しましょう。朝と夜に塗るものから、夜だけ塗るものもあります。量を間違えると炎症などの副作用が強く出ますので、気をつけてください。
