トラコンハムラ法とは別名裏ハムラ法、経結膜ハムラ法とも呼ばれ、下まぶたのたるみやシワ、脂肪、黒クマを解消するために行う施術です。下まぶたを結膜側から切開して、余分な脂肪を凹んでいる所に移動させます。結膜側からの切開になるので、皮膚を傷つけることなく行えるため、傷が表から見えません。また、ダウンタイムも短く済むと言われています。ただし、脂肪の厚い方には向いていない施術です。
トラコンハムラ法を希望される場合には、目の裏側からの切開になるので技術を持ったクリニックを選びましょう。また、ダウンタイムが少ないと言っても、腫れや内出血、痛みなどが出る場合がありますので、アフターケアがきちんとしているかどうかもチェックしておきましょう。

トラコンハムラ法のアフターケアで、最も重要なポイントは、やはり何と言っても目元の血流が良くなるような行為は避ける、ということです。洗顔については施術当日は絶対に避け、ともかく目元をそっとしておきましょう。洗髪やシャワーは行っても良いことになっていますが、水が傷跡にかからぬよう注意してください。入浴は1週間経ってからにしましょう。同じように、激しい運動やアルコール、タバコも術後1週間経つまでは控えてください。血行が良くなるような行為は、基本的に1週間は控えると考えておけばいいでしょう。施術した跡に軽い痛みを感じるようなら、目元を冷やすなどして、なるべく安静にしておきましょう。
