トラコンハムラ法とは別名裏ハムラ法、経結膜ハムラ法とも呼ばれ、下まぶたのたるみやシワ、脂肪、黒クマを解消するために行う施術です。下まぶたを結膜側から切開して、余分な脂肪を凹んでいる所に移動させます。結膜側からの切開になるので、皮膚を傷つけることなく行えるため、傷が表から見えません。また、ダウンタイムも短く済むと言われています。ただし、脂肪の厚い方には向いていない施術です。

トラコンハムラ法のアフターケアで、最も重要なポイントは、やはり何と言っても目元の血流が良くなるような行為は避ける、ということです。洗顔については施術当日は絶対に避け、ともかく目元をそっとしておきましょう。洗髪やシャワーは行っても良いことになっていますが、水が傷跡にかからぬよう注意してください。入浴は1週間経ってからにしましょう。同じように、激しい運動やアルコール、タバコも術後1週間経つまでは控えてください。血行が良くなるような行為は、基本的に1週間は控えると考えておけばいいでしょう。施術した跡に軽い痛みを感じるようなら、目元を冷やすなどして、なるべく安静にしておきましょう。
