トラコンハムラ法とは別名裏ハムラ法、経結膜ハムラ法とも呼ばれ、下まぶたのたるみやシワ、脂肪、黒クマを解消するために行う施術です。下まぶたを結膜側から切開して、余分な脂肪を凹んでいる所に移動させます。結膜側からの切開になるので、皮膚を傷つけることなく行えるため、傷が表から見えません。また、ダウンタイムも短く済むと言われています。ただし、脂肪の厚い方には向いていない施術です。
