スペクトラとはルートロニック社が開発したQスイッチYAGレーザーのことで、ニキビやシミなどのレーザー治療に用いられます。特に、肝斑の除去に対しては効果を発揮してくれる、優れものです。これまで肝斑除去にはレーザーが使えませんでした。しかし、この新しいレーザーの登場で、安全かつ確実に肝斑の除去が可能になったのです。
スペクトラの特徴は532mmと1064mmという二種類の波長を使用することにあります。532mmは、皮膚表面のメラニン色素に働き、1064mmは皮膚の深部まで浸透して、皮膚組織に働きかけます。この2つの波長を切り替えることで、肝斑除去はもちろん、シミの除去や肌の若返りなど、あらゆる施術がダウンタイムを心配することなく可能になりました。まさに、レーザー治療を変革したレーザーと言えるでしょう。

施術条件の敷居は低め
表情をグッと老けさせてしまう、シミの中でも最も嫌われ者の肝斑を、ダウンタイムなしで除去してくれる嬉しいスペクトラですが、レーザーである以上、注意しておきたい点もないわけではありません。
スペクトラの一番のデメリットは、肝斑除去の場合、治療が一度では終わらず何度か通う必要があるので、時間と費用を考えておかなければならない点です。だいたい3～4週間に1度、治療を受ける必要があり、それを何回か繰り返さなければなりません。肌の状態や人によっても回数等は変わってきますので、最初にクリニックに確認しておきましょう。
また、人によっては治療が受けられない方もいます。妊娠されている方や妊娠の可能性のある方、光アレルギーのある方、糖尿病などの慢性疾患のある方は治療を受けられませんので、注意しましょう。それから、金の糸やシリコンを埋め込んでいる部分にもレーザーを当てることはできませんので、気をつけてください。
以上がスペクトラのデメリットと言えばデメリットです。しかし、それを上回るたくさんのメリットがある画期的なレーザー治療、やはりこれからこの光からは目が離せません。
